Make a dough with weat flour, salt,oil,water. and keep a side

Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds,onion, tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt,peanut powder & cook 2 min cool the mixture

Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls roll out a small rotis..keep the stuffing spread to roti place another rolled roti on top of the stuffing,give a gentle press using the handfingers the top and bottom parathas should stik together

Heat a tawa and cook the parathas on both sides drizzle oil on both side by flipping the parathas and cook till golden brown on both sides

Serve hot
