Steps

Scoop the plup from beal

Put 1glass water in it and mash with hands

Remove the seeds from the plup

Now blend it properly with hand blender

Strain the puree and pour it into ice tray and put it into freezer for set

Take out from the freezer

Take out the cube from the tray and put it into big bowl(cube will not be melt)

Beat with the hand blender or mixer jar

Put all the ingredients except malai or cream

Blend it properly

Now add malai or cream and blend for few sec

Pour it into kulfi or iceceam mould

Cover it with lid or foil

Put it into freezer till set
