100 gself raising flour
25 gcaster sugar
1large egg
150 mlMilk
Butter or oil for greasing

Steps

Put flour and sugar in a bowl. Add egg and milk. Beat into a batter

Heat frying pan and spoon mixture in approx a tablespoon of batter for each pancake.

When bubbles rise to the surface flip over and cook for about 30 seconds
4

Eat with butter and Your favourite condiment 😋
