200 gmmoong dal
1/2 teaspoonjeera powder
1sliced red chilli
2 tablespoonghee
1Tej patta
1/2 teaspoonJeera
1dried Chilli
1 tablespoongrated ginger
to tasteSalt

Boil the moong dal

Heat ghee in a pan and temper the jeera,Tej Patta,grated ginger and dried chilli in it.

Then add the boiled dal in it.

Add jeera powder, termuric powder and salt to taste.

Keep the dal for boiling for 10 mins
