Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
- 2
Spray the bottom of a muffin tin on the number of slots that will be used.
- 3
Arrange bacon into 'cups.' (I usually have some bacon that I previously cooked on hand so my bacon was semi-done already.) Make sure the bottom is covered so the egg doesn't break when you take it out.
- 4
Sprinkle salt and pepper and a some cheddar cheese over the egg.
- 5
Crack an egg into each bacon cup.
- 6
Pop the eggs into the oven for 15-25 minutes. (Or however the eggs are done to your liking.)
- 7
Remove from muffin tin to a plate. Serve with a side of toast and enjoy!! 🍞
