Cut chicken into strips and soak in the milk for a half hour. I put them in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Add flour, paprika, salt, and pepper to a zip lock bag. Mix well.

Cut up slices of butter and melt in oven for 2 minutes.

While this is melting drip excess milk off of chicken and out in the zip lock bag. Shake until all are coated.

Line up on melted butter pan.

Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes. I flipped them halfway through so all the coating got crispy.

Serve with your choice of aides :)
