I absolutely love taking my favorite food and combining them with my favorite seasonal flavors! It didn’t take long for me to discover that pumpkin spice is not just for your latte but for your fish as well! It made my day, knowing that there is a latte-more you can do with your cinnamon, brown sugar and pumpkin spice! Okay, so here’s how I did it..

Place pan on stove, add vegetable oil and put on low-heat. Thaw salmon, rinse in warm water, season fish with a balanced amount of each ingredient (as you would any other seasoning), place fish into pan with the skin side down. Then turn up the heat to 7 or 8. Let the fish cook for 3 – 4 mins, then flip and repeat. While the skin side is up, using a fork or knife, take off as much of the skin and darker meat as you can. This will eliminate a strong fishy taste.
