Steps

Wash all the vegetables well

Marinate the fish and deep fry, set aside to cool

Slice the vegetables thinly
- 4
Add the sliced vegs in a bowl, add salt, olive oil and lemon juice
- 5
Dice the fish in cubes,add into the vegetables and mix well
- 6
Peel the avocado, cut into two half's, peel one half and slice to make a fern shape
- 7
Serve the salad and present it as desired
