Ingredients

5servings
  1. 2 cupsOats
  2. 1 cupLentils -- urd,toor,moong and chana
  3. 1 cupSpinach
  4. 1/2 cupGrated carrot
  5. 1 tbspCurd
  6. 1 tbspCoriander
  7. 1Green chilli
  8. 1 inchGinger
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 2 tspOil or ghee
  11. 1 tspAmchoor

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Soak all lentils together in water for 4 hours.

    Dry roast oats in a heavy bottom pan till aroma comes.

    Grate carrot.

    Grind lentils with spinach, coriander green chilli,salt,amchoor and ginger.Add curd.

    Then add oats and carrot and blend it only once.

    Add a pinch of baking soda just before making pancake.

  7. 7

    Heat a griddle and make a small pancakes.Shallow fry them on medium low heat.

    You can make either big pancake.When it is done spread paneer and grated carrot.Just roll it and cut into pieces.

    Or make small pancakes.

    With the help of oil or ghee fry them on both sides and serve them with mint and curd chutney.
