Steps

Wash and chop broccoli. Slice the stem(s) into thin slices.

Boil fusili and broccoli in salted water for couple of minutes.

Dice bell pepper, onion and garlic and slice sundried tomatoes. Heat a drop of oil on pan and add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Saute for a moment and add sundried tomatoes.

Mix the vegetables with pasta and broccoli. Pour the mix into a large greased casserole.

Mix eggs, milk and spices and pour the mixture on casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook in 175°C for an hour. Serve with fresh salad or vegetables.
