  • 5 1/3 ozfrozen artichokes (150 grams)
  • olive oil
  • saffron
  • 1 splashwhite wine
  • parsley
  • salt

  1. 1

    Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.

    When golden, add the artichokes, a little salt, and the diced ham. Add the saffron, parsley, and white wine.
