  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 packagediced ham
  4. 5 1/3 ozfrozen artichokes (150 grams)
  5. olive oil
  6. saffron
  7. 1 splashwhite wine
  8. parsley
  9. salt

Steps

20-30 min
  1. 1

    Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil.

    When golden, add the artichokes, a little salt, and the diced ham. Add the saffron, parsley, and white wine.
