  • 250 gmgarlic cloves (bigger variety)

Steps

    Wash peel and grate the garlic cloves

  2. 2

    Sun dry for 4-5 days

  3. 3

    Thereafter grind to a powder

  4. 4

    Store in an air tight container or zip lock bag

  5. 5

    Keep in fridge

  6. 6

    Handy garlic powder is ready to use
