Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupspishori rice
  • 3 cupsboiled water
  • 1little salt
  • 1little cooking oil or blue band

  1. 1

    Wash your rice well.

  2. 2

    In boiling water add a little salt and cooking oil or blue band. Then add rice mix well and let it cook in moderate heat till it's almost dry.

  3. 3

    Put off the heat and cover it to steam on it's own for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Enjoy
