I a pressure cooker add kathal, ginger, garlic And water. And cook till soft.Drain water. And allow to cool

Make paste in mixer without adding water.

Take it out in a bowl add rest all ingredients and mix well

Make small tikki and bake on both sides till brown.

Serve with mint and coriander chutni. And some onion rings.
