1bitter gourd sliced
1/2brinjal sliced
1 tspnigella and mustard seeds
1/2 tspred chilli
1/4 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

At first heat oil and temper nigella and mustard seeds

Add gourd slices and saute well till it is soft
3

Now add Brinjal sliced and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As the slices are soft add sugar and mix well
