  • Organic plain flour - 20g per person
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour and water to make a dough

    Split into enough pieces for two per person and roll into a ball. Roll the ball flat and thinly with a rolling pin.

    Heat a little oil in a pan and add your flat bread, cook for a minute either side or until nicely browned. Great with curry.
