Wash chicken properly add lemon juice and salt and keep aside for 15 mins

Add organic orange Food colour,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,meethi ether (sweet fragrance)grounded poppy seeds,curd and salt as per taste.

Marinate for 1 hour and then gradually fry all chicken pieces one by one.keep aside on a plate.

Now add the remaining masalas and fried onions and stir until the masala leaves the oil
- 5
Add all chicken pieces and allow it to cook.

Whip cream nicely with a spoon and add it to the chicken.

Lower the flame and allow the chicken to cook until tender.

Add a pinch garam masala and switch off the flame.

Your delectable shahi chicken chaap is ready.

Goes well with parathas,naan and rumali.
