Steps

Saute the cut onion and dry coconut grated till turns brown

Get finely grinded it in mixer

Make small cut on the Tinda and take out all the seeds

Heat the oil add mustard and cumin seeds,when flutters add the onion and coconut paste

Saute it for 3 min. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,garam masala and saute till losses the oil

Take it down,let it cool

Now stuff this mixture in Tindas, put the pan with remaining mixture on gas add the stuffed Tindas and add some boiled water

Let it cook till Tindas become soft or u can pit it in cooker for 2whistles.Stuffed Tindas are ready. Add cut coriander.Serve hot with chapati.
