Marination : curd,salt,coriander,ginger,and garlic paste and chicken.

Soak rice with cinnamon stick.

Take pan, heat ghee, green cardamoms, black cumin, bay leaf, chillies, cloves, onion, mix marination chicken and chicken stock (water).

Then soak saffron in water pour on biryani.
