Cook rice with salt till 70% cook.

Heat oil and cook all vegetables till half cook.

And cook vegetables one by one.

Take a pan heat 6 tbsp oil and all spices, then add onion and fry till golden, add the ginger, garlic,salt,green chillies,red chilli powder, turmeric powder.

Add the fired vegetables mix well.

Remove from heat and add the yogurt.

Make a layer of briyani: mint,ghee,lemon juice, spice powder cover with foil cook -15 minutes.

Then serve.
