Ingredients

  • 1 cuplong grain rice
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 2potatoes cut into pieces
  • 1/2medium size cauliflower cut into pieces
  • 2long thin brinjals cut into pieces
  • 3medium onion sliced thinly
  • 1 tspginger garlic
  • 5-6green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcaraway seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cupyogurt whisk
  • 3 tbspchopped coriander
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1/4 cupFrench beans
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tsproyal cumin
  • 4cloves
  • 2green cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice with salt till 70% cook.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and cook all vegetables till half cook.

  3. 3

    And cook vegetables one by one.

  4. 4

    Take a pan heat 6 tbsp oil and all spices, then add onion and fry till golden, add the ginger, garlic,salt,green chillies,red chilli powder, turmeric powder.

    Add the fired vegetables mix well.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and add the yogurt.

  7. 7

    Make a layer of briyani: mint,ghee,lemon juice, spice powder cover with foil cook -15 minutes.

    Then serve.
