Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 tspolive oil
  2. 2onions, chopped
  3. 2 tbspgarlic paste
  4. 1 tbspturmeric
  5. 2 tbspchili powder
  6. 1/2-1 1/2 tspcayenne pepper (mild to spicy)
  7. 3 tbspgaram masala
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1/3 cupcream cheese, fat free
  11. 1 lbboneless, skinless, chicken, cubed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute onions in olive oil until translucent

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients except chicken, water, and cream cheese; mix well

  3. 3

    Add chicken, mix well, cook on medium heat until chicken is browned

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 cup water, cover and heat over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently and adding small amounts of water if needed

  5. 5

    Add cream cheese, stir and heat for few minutes, until mixture is smooth

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
