Chicken curry
This is a less spicy curry suitable for summer
Steps

Wash and marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder and oil,keep aside for 30 mnts

Add oil in a wok add Potatoes fry adding salt and turmeric powder,till it becomes golden brown and remove
- 3
Add more oil saute onion along with ginger garlic paste
- 4
Add salt and turmeric powder saute till raw smell goes away
- 5
Now add the chicken pieces mix well and cover.

Keep stirring occasionally until the chicken pieces become tender

Add red chilli powder and tomato puree,combine everything
- 8
Add Potatoes mix and pour warm water

Cover it and allow to become soft and tender

Finally add garam masala powder and remove from heat

Serve it with hot plain rice
