Steps

Heat oil in wok add cumin seeds and hing when crackle add chopped tomato and spices and saute it till leave the oil.

Now add boiled and chopped potatoes and some water,cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Add fresh mint leaves and garam masala mix it well.

Serve with roti/paratha.
