Heat ghee in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. When crackle add rice. One and half bowl water and salt. Cook for 2whistles.

Boil daal in separate vessel with salt and turmaric powder.

Heat ghee in a kadhai and add ginger garlic paste. Add onion chopped. Saute for 5min
- 4
Add chopped tomato. Saute for 2min
- 5
Add spices and boiled daal.

Tadka daal is ready to serve
