Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsboneless chicken cut into square chunks
  2. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbspchilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  5. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 3 tbspcurds
  8. 1juice of lemon
  9. 1/2 tspajinomoto (optional)
  10. 4-5 tspbread crumbs
  11. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken in above masala for atleast 30 min.

  2. 2

    Heat nin stick pan,add marinated chicken,cook on full flame till almost done and water has dried.

  3. 3

    Take wooden skewers,soak them in water for some time.

  4. 4

    Put chicken peices on woodek skewers,4 to 5 peices in each skewer.

  5. 5

    Roll skewers on bread crumbs,press crumbs on the peices.

  6. 6

    Beat egg,roll each skewer with egg and deep fry till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve with mint chutney.
