Rustic Steak with Potatoes

I called it rustic because it's super easy to make, with chunky pieces and a delicious homemade flavor!

Steps
- 1
Leave the potatoes unpeeled if you like, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
In a hot skillet, add the beef, season it, and when it starts to release its juices, add the onions and potatoes. Stir occasionally.
- 3
Finally, add the sauce and tomato puree. You can add a little water if needed. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the potatoes are tender. (You can substitute the El Pato sauce with another similar Mexican-style tomato sauce.)
- 4
Enjoy! The rice recipe is already published on Cookpad.
