Wash and soaked rice for an hour

In a pressure cooker add Mutton garlic bay leaf and cinnamon

Take a piece of cloth add fennel and coriander seeds and tie a knot

Put this potli in a pressure cooker and pressure cooked mutton till it's become soft and tender

When Mutton got cooked off the flame and keep a side

Now in a heavy bottom pot heat ghee now add sliced onion saute till it's become brown in colour

Now add whole dry spices along with cumin seeds and sauted

Now add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and mix wrll

Now add mutton from yaknee and mix well until oil comes from sides

Now add 12 cups yaknee stock into a pot (remove garlic and potly from the stock)

When water comes to boil add rice in it and cooked till rice become soft

Serve hot with curd.
