Heat oil in a pan. Temper Nigella seeds & green chillies

Add pointed gourd & saute it with turmeric powder

Add all the masalas. Combine well

Add the rice. Mix and pour water and cover.

Keep on a low flame

As the water evaporates, add sugar garam masala & ghee
- 7
It's ready to serve.
