Delicious kofta made from a mixture of ground beef, onion, and tomato. Shaped into logs, then fried or grilled over charcoal. Serve hot.

Season the ground beef with lemon juice, salt, spice blend, and the onions after squeezing out their juice.

Place the meat and onion mixture in the refrigerator for a short time.

Chop the tomato and add the reserved onion juice to it.
- 4
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, shape the meat into logs, and dip them in the tomato and onion juice mixture.

Heat oil in a pot and fry the kofta logs until browned, then transfer them to a baking sheet and broil briefly in the oven.
