Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken, bit sized pieces
  2. 1 cuppineapple juice
  3. 1 ozBourbon Whisky
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  6. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/4 tspground ginger
  8. 1 tbspcorn startch

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook chicken in large fry pan, until cooked through.

  2. 2

    Remove chicken from pan, add all the ingredients, but the corn starch, heat to a boil.

  3. 3

    Return chicken to pan, continue to heat and stir for 10+ minutes.

  4. 4

    Add corn starch and heat until sauce is thick.
