In a blender you put the two tomatoes sliced, sliced mango (In cubes), the 5 cloves of garlic, the 10 pieces of green pilipili, then pour vinegar and blend for 5 minutes

Put the blended mixture in a bowl and grate the carrots in it.

Put a small sufuria on the cooker witha little oil and heat

Pour the mixture in the heated oil and let it cook for 5 minutes and add salt to taste

Once cooked put it in a serving dish and put in the fridge to cool down. Serve when needed
