Steps

Cook the Basmati rice so that they aren't sticky and are spread out.

Boil the Carrots and Peas and keep aside.

Heat the butter and Roast some chopped Cashew Nuts and keep aside.

Now add the chopped onions and cook for 2-3 till the onions are caramelized.

Now add Chopped Tomato.

Now add Ginger,Garlic and Chilli Paste,Salt,Turmeric powder,Red Chilli Powder,Pav Bhaji Masala and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the Chopped Capsicum,Boiled Carrots and Peas and add some cashew and keep some aside for garnishing.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the cooked rice and Lemon juice.

Toss it and mix it nicely and now your Tava Biryani is ready.

Serve in a plate and garnish with Cashew Nuts and Mint Leaves.
