Mutton dum biryani

Slice 1.5 cups of onion, fry it. In a mixie or blender add this fried onion, 2 tbl spn plain yogurt, 5-6 garlic cloves and make a smooth paste. Add this to the mutton along with 2 tbl spn biryani masala, 2 tbl spn lemon juice, 2 tbl spn salt and 1 tspn red chilli powder. Leave the mutton in the fridge for a whole night.

Boil with ghee and keep aside

Boil rice 80% and take to cool

Now take a vassal and layer mutton and rice one by one and dum it over
