Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  • 2-3potatoes boiled (mashed)
  • 1 cupsoaked soft sabudana
  • 2 teaspoonhung curd
  • 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  • 2 tablespoonrajgira flour/oats powder
  • 2 tablespoongroundnuts powder (roasted)
  • as neededOil for deep frying
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 2-3 dropslemon juice

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add boiled mashed potatoes together with sabudana

  2. 2

    Mix with hung curd, groundnut powder, green chilli paste,coriander leaves,rajgira flour,salt,chilli flakes,black pepper and lemon juice

  3. 3

    Knead lightly to form soft dough

  4. 4

    Now gently roll and shape into a kebab

  5. 5

    Fry the kebabs till golden and crisp

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney and ketchup
