For paneer stuffing : heat oil & butter in a saucepan. add garlic & saute for few minutes. add onions, capsicum & cook for few minutes. add maida & cook for few minutes until u get a nice nutty aroma. lower the heat & gradually milk. keep on stirring to avoid lumps

Add pizza sauce, chopped paneer, salt, black pepper & boiled corn kernels. mix well & cook for few minutes. add pizza/ mixed herb seasoning remove from heat & let it cool

For cones : in a mixing bowl combine maida, salt,baking powder & black sesame seeds add oil & mix the ingredients well. add water gradually & make a stiff dough. cover with a cling film & let it rest for 3-4 hrs.

Divide the dough into medium lemon sized balls. place the dough on a flat surface & roll out as thin as possible. divide the strips into two parts.

Grease the outer side ofthe metal cone & wrap the strip around it as shown in the pic. repeat the same process for all the dough balls.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. grease a baking tray. brush the wrapped cones with milk & bake for 7-8 minutes. it must be light golden colour once it's done remove the metal cones & let it cool for few minutes.

Final assemble : fill little bit ofgrated cheese inside the baked cone. fill it with paneer mixture & then again cover the top with grated cheese. repeat the same process for other baked cones as well.

Bake the stuffed cones again on 180 deg ress until cheese is melted. serve hot with clips of ur choice.
