Was researching on Somali food and came across this.
Steps

Cut your potatoes length wise, wash them and pat them dry. Mix the food colour and add into the potatoes and mix well. Put them aside
- 2
Slice your onions and red pepper and put them aside
- 3
Fry your onions to a golden brown colour.
- 4
Fry your chips until cooked.
- 5
In a large mixing bowl add your fries, onions, raisin, pepper and a little salt. Mix them together.
- 6
Serve with your rice
