Ingredients

  • 250 gmSpinach
  • 2Potato large
  • 1 largeOnions
  • 2Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tablespoonRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 table spoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tablespoonDry mango powder
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1/4 cupGreen coriander
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all, cut the spinach, wash and grind them in a mixer.

  2. 2

    Now take the masala by boiling the potatoes or take it.

  3. 3

    Cut the onions, green chilies and green coriander finely.

  4. 4

    Now mix spinach, chopped onion, green chillies, salt,dry mango powder and all the spices in the mashed potatoes.

  5. 5

    Make kebabs.

  6. 6

    Put nonstick pan on the heat and grease it with oil. Now fry the till it becomes golden on the pan by making a mix of kebabs.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with hot tomato chutney or any other chutney.

  8. 8

    Enjoy Kebabs!!!!!!
