As my children dont like to eat Arbi in vegetable form so thot to give a twist to Arbi and made these cutlets by adding poha.
The taste was awesum.

Ingredients

6 servings

250 gmsarbi
1 cuppoha
4 slicesbread churned
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tbspamchur powder
1 tspchat masala
1 tsppav bhaji masala
1/4 cupcoriander
2-3 tspsalt as per taste

Firstly wash and drain the poha and leave it in a strainer till they are dry.

Boil and mash the arbi

Now Mix all the above ings
Mix well and make a dough.

Now make shape as per your choice.

Deep fry on medium flame.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
