Take a blender add brocolli and gtind it roughly.

Take a bowl add boiled arbi,sprouts and brocolli mix it well.

Add all the masalas and oats in the mixture.

Make small balls ir any shape you want for your kabab. Shallow fry it on tawa.

For garnishing take oniin roundles and dhnia chutney mix it well.

Take a plate add onion then kabab at ghe last salad. Enjoy healthy snacks.
