I was craving a milkshake one night but a little low on traditional ingredients needed to make one. I've always been told I was blessed with the ability to make something out of nothing, I began to search for a tasty alternative. Thus a delicious substitute was developed. Hmmm nothing to report…other than I always have a lot of coconut cream on hand for making non dairy CREAMi ice cream…and it’s summer so in my pursuit of alchoholic beverages - I just want a pina colada on hand. Hmmm I think next time I will make a coconut creami pineapple milkshake type of Pina colada. Stay tuned…

I learned this recipe in mixology classes...twisted it a bit and made it my own. This is the best Piña Colada I've ever had. Ever.
