Ingredients

  1. 500ग्राम करेला
  2. 200ग्राम कच्चे आम
  3. 250ग्राम प्याज़
  4. 250ग्राम सरसों का तेल
  5. 10ग्राम मेथी दाना
  6. 10ग्राम कलौंजी
  7. 10ग्राम सौंफ़
  8. 1चम्मच नमक
  9. 1चम्मच लाल मिर्च
  10. 1चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  11. १/२ चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  12. 1चम्मच अदरक और लहसुन का पेस्ट

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले करेले को बीच में से काटकर गूदा निकाल लें और एक पतीले में पानी डालकर 5 मिनेट उबाल कर चलनी पे निकाल दे!

    कच्चे आम को घिस ले और कढ़ाई में 150 ग्राम तेल गरम होने रख दे, गर्म तेल में प्याज बारीक काट कर डाले और सुनहरा होने तक भूने साथ मे अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट भी डालें

  3. 3

    प्याज़ भुन जाए तो सभी मसाले डाल कर भून लें, जब कढ़ाई से मसाला अलग होने लगे कच्चे घिसे आम इसमे मिला दे और मसाला गैस से उतारकर ठंडा होने दे

    अब मसाले को करेले में भर कर एक धागे से लपेट कर अछे से बांधे ताकि मसाला बाहर ना निकले

    अब एक कढ़ाई में बचा हुआ 100 ग्राम तेल डालकर गरम करें फिर एक एक कर के करेले फ्राई करें, जब करेले दोनो तरफ से अछे सुनहरे हो जाये तो बचा हुआ मसाला भी ऊपर से डालकर 5 मिनट और पकाय, आपके भरवाँ करेले तैयार है
