Ingredients

  • 300 gmboneless chicken
  • 50 mlCream
  • 50 mlCurd
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspFenugreek dried
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 1Raw mango
  • 1.1/2tspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind raw mango and coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Make a marinade of cream curd and mango paste along with salt. Add chicken. Let it marinate for 4 hrs

    In a nonstick pan add butter. Chicken mixture. Add black pepper and fenugreek leaves. Cook for 10 minutes

    Transfer this mixture to cooker close the lid cook for 10 minutes
