Steps

Peel yam, wash and chop into small bits and put on fire

Wash your dried fish and add to the yam and allow to cook, also add your maggi and pepper

Wash your ugu leaf with salt and chop. Also chop your onions and keep
- 4
After like 15 to 20 mins add your Palm oil, ugu leaf, onions and crayfish. Add salt to taste.
