Ingredients

2-3 Servings
  • 1-1/2 CupsRice
  • 1 TspSalt
  • 2 pcsCardamon whole
  • 2 CupsLight coconut cream
  • 1 CupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your rice

  2. 2

    Bring to boil the coconut cream together with the water and salt and cardamon

  3. 3

    Add in your rice, let it cook on low-medium heat

  4. 4

    Once it dries up, ready to serve with a stew of your choice.
