Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 bowlboiled mix vegetable
  • 1.5 teaspoonjeera dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncarrom seeds
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala powder
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves and mint leaves
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededghee

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except leaves with wheat flour

  2. 2

    Add salt and sugar

  3. 3

    Make a soft dough with water added to it

  4. 4

    Rest it for 10 mimutes

  5. 5

    Now take small portion of the dough and roll into the desired shape

  6. 6

    Shallow fry it in a tawa and fry

  7. 7

    For green chutney grind the leaves into a smooth paste

  8. 8

    Add salt and lemon juice mix well

  9. 9

    Serve the paratha with the green chutney
