250 gmsattu flour
2 tspgarlic paste
1 tspgreen chilli
2 tspmango pickle masala
to tasteSalt
1 cupfresh methi leaves
1 tspgud
1 tsphaldi
2 tspsesam seeds
Oil for frying and mon
Water

Take a big bowl and add sattu flour and all ingredients.

And mix it well.

And make a soft dough.

And make balls

And rolling puri.and fry it.

And serve with masala bhindi and badam kheer..
