Heat butter and 1/4 tsp oil in a pan add ginger garlic sauté a little add onion till golden brown

And tomato purée when nice smell comes add all dry masala and add little warm water

Now add paneer boil for 2-3 minutes to mix in the gravy lastly add Amul cream and garnish with coriander leaves and make a tomato flower for decoration.
