Dip chane in water for 7-8 hours

After that keep chane in cooker and add 2-3 cloves and 3-4 pepper and 2 tea bags, 2 bay leaves and add half spoon of salt and cook till 7-8 whistle

After boiling open the lid and add mixture of all spices according to ur taste bt don't mix in chane

Than at another side head 3-4 spoon of ghee and add above the spices bt don't mix and cover the lid

Keep a pot on other side and heat oil

After than add heeng, zeera and grind onions and cook them for 5 min and than add grind garlic and cook till become light brown

After that add grind tomatoes and cook till they leave oil

Than add chane in gravy and mix well

After that add kasuri methi and chopped chilli on above and add fresh coriander too.
