  8. DashGinger Powder
  9. DashGranulated Garlic Powder
  10. DashGranulated Onion Powder
  11. DashRed Pepper Flakes
  12. ● For The Fruits & Vegetables
  13. 2EX Firm Thick Sliced Chilled Tomatoes
  14. 2Thick Sliced Chilled Maui Onions
  15. 4LG Crispy Chilled Butter Lettuce Leaves
  16. 1 CanPineapple Slices [two slices per burger]
  17. ● For The Cheeses
  18. 4Swiss Cheese Slices [two slices per burger]
  19. ● For The Grilled Bread
  20. 2EX LG Sweet Grilled Hawaiian Buns
  21. as neededGarlic Butter
  22. ● For The Options [I'd recommend them both if you can find them]
  23. 25"x5" Pieces Nori [aka kelp - soaked for 5 minutes]
  24. Dried Shitake Mushrooms [soaked for 15 minutes then sauteed]

Steps

  1. 1

    Here's the bulk of what you'll need.

    I used Prime Rib patties instead of Angus. Season your patties.

    I do love this Teriyaki sauce.

    Grill your ingredients. 5 minutes on burgers - SPAM & pineapple until charred.

    Soak and saute your mushrooms.

    Soak your Nori for 5 minutes.

    Add your swiss cheese and teriyaki sauce. Grill until cheese is melted. Add your soaked Nori and mushrooms if you're opting to use it.

    Lastly, butter and grill your Hawaiian buns until charred.

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods.
