Steps

First add lomon to bioled rice and mix it well.and the keep it aside.

Than in a kadai add oil and let it heat

Than add peanuts sout it 5 min and keep it aside

Now add cumin seeds and green chilli until it's starts crackeling

Now add chopped potatoes and chopped cauliflower let it fry for 5 min and then add chopped onion and sout for 5 min

After that add chopped tomatoes fry until it seems cooked and then add turmeric,red chilli and mix them all well

And then add bioled rice and salt according to your taste and mix it all well

Add peanuts and garnish it with chopped coriander.and serve it with green chutney or hot tea.
